

I seem to be slacking horribly on the posts
Friday I weighed 214. I guess that is good news however my weight this morning was 221. That is horrific I donapos;t see how that is even possible. Again.
I am having so much trouble keeping the weekends under control. I feel deprived thru the week so I feel entitled or almost obligated to overdo it.. Although my weight really jumped I didnapos;t feel like I was that bad..
But, I donapos;t even know the calories. I did go to Campeche on Saturday after golf for the 1st time in a while but really sunday I just kept pickin and pickin and pickin..
I walked golf on friday.
Went to the gym saturday morning for the weights and 32 minute bike.
walked 7 1/2 miles ( thought it was 8 until I drove it ) on sunday. Did some running but even 1/3 miles were tough.
gym on monday and the 32 minute bike.
I am doing the exercise although it seems a little scary again.
The key to my success will be containing just 1 weekend. Maybe even this one. Although my weight has jumped a few good lean days will usually get it back to par. It was very discouraging to see the scale move back over 220
I am going to track better today and fight to keep the daily post going until I am sub 200
I made the veggies and ate fruit yesterday with lean chicken from the deli.
